BUSINESS HISTORY
Bimal Shah is the CEO of Rajparth Achievers, the company that brings you “The One Year Breakthrough” system. A system that provides unique and customized consulting to executives and teams of companies to positively impact their bottom line. He is married for 17 years to his wife Ami and dedicated father to his two daughters after which he named his company. He has been successfully training and coaching entrepreneurs, executives, and employees to take their life and work to a whole new level. He recently through his own systems and discipline over the last two years has lost 65 pounds and is healthier than ever before.
Bimal’s organization helps bring control and charge in the lives of entrepreneurs by making their teams happily engaged, striking a balance between Work and Life, adding security from the Seven enemies of Wealth, and making their business unique and different from the competitors. Bimal’s organization also helps business owners and professionals improve their present situation and build a favorable financial future. His creative strategies and ideas in Business Planning helps increase profitability for business owners, reduce income taxes, provide for tax-free retirement and executive benefits, asset protection, retain key employees, and leave behind a long lasting legacy. During 16 years as a member of this international organization, he has helped make a difference in the lives of more than 1000 families and businesses to preserve their assets, increase their income and reduce the taxes they pay.
Bimal is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant (Ch. FC), and a Certified Advisor in Senior Living(CASL), and is proficient in retirement planning, estate planning, insurance, and annuities. He is a lifetime member of Million Dollar Round Table®, MDRT. He is also a member of Top of the Table®, Million Dollar Round Table®. Bimal has been a Top of the Table® member consecutively for 6 years. Bimal has been recognized in Who’s Who in the World. He has been awarded the Global Corporate Award in 2014 in the life insurance category.
CREATIONS
His book, “The Daily Happiness MultiplierTM” is launched with mobile app systems that teaches and disciplines the implementation of the systems taught in the book. His unique “Success Deck” consists of 52 Workshop Videos and Tools to positively impact your personal and professional life with one tool every week for 52 weeks. His online course is the online course available on teaching how to make more right decisions in life to be more successful and happy. Over the last year, he has launched 12 DVDs, an online course, a book, 5 Coaching Systems, and more than a dozen online Workshops, A Step-by-Step Manual to becoming a High Achiever and at the same time able to take great vacations, stay healthy, and spend time with Family. His success is founded on three foundations-Thrive, Transform and Transcend. He wants to share that with the world to empower them with a meaningful life and a passionate productive work every day.

Bimal Shah is well-known in South Florida and in business community for the last 17 years. Bimal is on a die-hard mission to help entrepreneurs achieve new levels of prosperity and success in life and work by building and maintaining customized systems that provide security from enemies of Prosperity. Bimal’s story began when he came to the United States 20 years ago with nothing in his pocket, worked 5 jobs to pay his own out of state tuition, graduated with $20,000 in savings, rejected more than a dozen job offers after graduation to start his own business, and has been a thriving entrepreneur ever since.
He has successfully coached entrepreneurs achieve big dreams in record time and get “exponential growth” instead of “linear growth.”

Ami Shah is your Breakthrough Optimizer. She holds a Chartered Accountant degree from Bombay, India. Her knowledge and audit experience provides the direction that the company needs from a financial perspective. Ami’s unique foresight is inevitable to the success of the company. Ami’s organization skills allows all team players to start without clutter. As an editor of The Decision SimplifierTM course, she has made the course easily understandable for teens as well as adults, opening our learning systems to be implemented by teenagers.
Amy Shah is your Breakthrough Communicator. Amy’s unique ability lies in her communication skills that helps our customers experience the best that we have to offer and also realize their own true potential as a result. Amy has been part of the organization since 2006 and her dedication to listening to the customers first and deliver more than expected is vital for our customers and for us. Amy’s unique skills in providing the best overall customer experience helps add more value to our customers. Amy also has prior experience in teaching young children at school allowing to provide support for our online courses that can also be learned by children.
David Boim is your Associate Breakthrough Coach. David is a veteran Senior Executive, Entrepreneur, Consultant, and Board Member with significant success in technology, software, healthcare, pharma, financial services, professional services, retail, federal government, and defense. His broad areas of expertise include leadership; strategic planning; management consulting, coaching, and mentoring; business analysis, strategy, planning, and development; financial and P&L management; product development, launch, and management; operations management; sales operations and management; marketing strategy; lead and revenue generation; negotiations; SaaS; enterprise software; cloud computing; disaster recovery; process improvement; and change management. He is a business transformation specialist with vital operational, sales, and marketing expertise who has directed more than 12 major business turnarounds for software, SaaS, technology, DXP, professional services, and financial services companies. David integrates targeted mass marketing strategies with a portfolio management sales approach to drive company revenues, profits, and valuations. David leads companies to successfully turn operational, sales, and marketing challenges into optimal revenue, profit, and margin results.
Richard Lewine is your Associate Breakthrough Coach. Richard Lewine is a grand vizier & mentor who uses extensive life experience and wisdom to help change the lives of his clients. He is passionate about what he does, and inspires those he works with to have a vision and look within to transform themselves and lead their business to great success. Richard is relentless in his approach, and guides his clients to set and achieve their most important goals. His methodology results in sustainable skills that positively impact people’s careers, the bottom line of their business, and their personal lives. Richard worked in every aspect of a family business and then applied that knowledge as a consultant. He identified that effective leadership and management skills were often missing in many small businesses, and began to focus on developing programs and consulting approaches that helped entrepreneurs and business owners become exceptional leaders.
Stephen Mitchell is your Associate Breakthrough Coach.
Steve Mitchell’s outstanding ability to help companies and employees become more profitable is gleaned from 35 years of experience in working with hundreds of private and public companies and thousands of employees. Throughout the years, he’s helped executives make crucial decisions and create strategies; and trained employees to reduce costs and improve productivity. Mitchell possesses a diverse background in engineering, professional coaching, business ownership, leadership, and management. Mitchell’s management experience includes the hands-on operation of a 350-employee, high-volume automobile supplier. As a Chief Operating Officer, he successfully launched new products and aggressively reduced costs. Mitchell has won numerous awards for his coaching skills and has been honored by Leadership Management, Inc. repeatedly as a Nationwide Top Ten Sales Performer. Mitchell knows how to successfully blend business technologies and systems with the human factor to enable his clients reach a higher, positive performing culture. His business philosophies are built around systems-thinking, lean-thinking, and employee empowerment.
Claudia Herrera is your Breakthrough Strategist. She started several successful companies and sold them and she has worked in the private equity industry for over 20 years and realized that there was a need in the industry to help companies have the proper systems in place to protect the equity investments placed in the companies. After having consulted with many entrepreneurs and companies, decided to join Bimal’s organization, being impressed by all of his proprietary systems and his creativity in helping companies grow. She is a constant learner, and prides herself in taking at least one class per week and reading a multitude of business and non- fiction books. She has an Electrical Engineering degree from Florida Atlantic University and speaks fluent English, Spanish and French.
